Why we do it

Over the years we have been users of all resources available in the marketplace (no cost and fee based.) We were continuously faced with informational barriers, erroneous and missing data. Of the three thousand plus recording jurisdictions several hundred or more provide zero data to assist the real estate professional. Other recording jurisdictions are either unable or unwilling (due to statutory or budgetary constraints) able to field calls, emails or post information of importance.

We saw a real need to build a better mousetrap. One in which a real estate professional (our clients) could rely on to receive recording fee calculation, transfer and other ancillary forms and document formatting information customized down to the county and even township level when applicable.

We knew it would require a different approach.

We knew that we had to be more than just a repository of statutory requirements.
